Please complete the form to register your daughter for the AZ tournament. The player fee of $140 is payable by PayPal, Zelle or Venmo and should be sent ASAP to secure your daughter's spot on the roster.

All registrations are considered commitments to travel to the tournament. Payments should be sent by October 20, 2021.
